Today I uploaded my calendar onto my blog. Yesterday I brought in my vinyl to begin marking and cutting it the rest of the week.

 

Over the past week I have been working on measuring and cutting my material for my rail. By the end of this week I hope to have it all cut and sewn. Next week my foam should be in so I can begin construction on that.

 

Yesterday I finished cutting all of my material. Today I ordered my foam and started to set up the sewing machine so that I could begin sewing my project tomorrow. I hope to have at least 3/4 sewn by friday.

 

This week I plan to finish sewing with the new needles since I broke the small needle last week. I am also planning to start cutting my foam. I ordered it a week ago so it should be in soon

 

This past week I have been trying to get the sewing machine to work. But it has a mind of its own so today I am packing my material up and taking it to Caitlin's house to sew over the weekend. I still haven't gotten my foam in the mail but hopefully by next week I will.

 

This week I have been working on measuring and cutting out my foam. Next week I plan to use the handmade hot wire to cut the bottom.

 

This week I finished cutting all of my foam. Over Spring Break I plan on taking my vinyl to a taylor to get sewn. When I return from break I plan to adhesive my foam together and slide it into my vinyl. Then cut the final vinyl pieces and sew them.

 

On Tuesday I presented to the class practicing my TSA presentation. My material is currently getting sewn. I am working on my TSA model today.

 

This week I picked up my vinyl and have been covering my foam. This weekend I am bringing the head and footboard pieces home with me to finish them. Tomorrow while Ms. Green and Mr. Alfonse are in New Brunswick I am going to begin making the cutouts for the two larger foam pieces.

 

Over the past month I have finished the construction of my device. I have taken it to Monmouth Medical Center to test and evaluated it based on its perfromance.
